Am in Gisborne with Mum, staying at my grandparents' place. Quite hot. Want to go surfing but Mum hasn't taken me yet. I wish I could drive. Dad is still in Auckland but he rings every night. I will see him on Christmas Eve. I haven't decided whether I will be good or bad when he arrives. I will see how I feel. Have been sleeping quite well but some nights, when I don't feel like sleeping, I like to make a big fuss so I can spend more time with Mum. She's great.
